R Longstaff & Co Acquire Eckfords

R Longstaff & Co acquired Eckfords in 2022 to further strengthen the Firm’s presence in the Residential Sales, Residential Letting and Property Management sectors in the Bourne district.  Eckfords was established in Bourne in the early 1990’s by Rex and Angela Eckford and Angela is now Residential Sales Manager for the firm’s Bourne offices.  R Longstaff & Co are delighted that Jane Willis and Catherine Corefield, who have worked with Rex and Angela Eckford for many years, have joined the existing Bourne team bringing with them a wealth of experience and contacts in the area.

The Eckfords branded office continues to operate from the West Street premises (no. 29 West Street) and the R Longstaff & Co branch continues to operate at 73B Abbey Road.

The majority of Residential Sales are dealt with by Eckfords but both offices continue to be involved in Residential Letting and Property Management.
