Christopher became a Partner of Longstaffs in 1971 and Senior Partner following the death of his father, Richard, in May 1975. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1973 and also as a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers that same year. Throughout his professional career, he has been involved in a wide range of work in the agricultural, commercial and residential sectors. Christopher has also been one of the main Auctioneers of the firm throughout the period and continues to be very actively involved in the firm, advising clients throughout South Lincolnshire and neighbouring areas. He is an RICS Registered Valuer.
Robbie gained a First Class Honours Degree in Property Agency and Marketing from the Royal Agricultural College (Cirencester). A Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers, Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and an RICS Registered Valuer, he worked for a regional firm of General Practice Surveyors in Cambridgeshire before joining Longstaffs in 2006. Initially based at our Bourne Office before moving to Spalding, Robbie is primarily involved in Rural Property Agency, Subsidy Advice and associated Professional matters. In addition, he advises on strategic development land and heads our Farm Machinery Sales. Robbie is also one of the firm’s main Auctioneers.
Specialising in Residential Sales, Graham has been an Estate Agent since 1988 and is an Associate of the Guild of Professional Estate Agents (Guild Associate). He also gained a Certificate in Residential Estate Agency through Reading University in 1991. Having gained experience as a Valuer/Lister and Manager with independent and corporate firms in Lincolnshire, he joined Longstaffs in 2000 and became a Partner in 2007. A former Chairman of Fenland Round Table and Boston 41 Club, Graham is married with three step-children. When not working he enjoys walking his dogs, gardening, music, sport and his beloved VW Campervan.
Kit has over 7 years’ experience within the profession and is a qualified Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, RICS Registered Valuer and a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers. Kit is actively involved with all aspects of our multi-discipline business and works from our Bourne and Spalding Offices. He is also a keen Auctioneer and regularly sells at our Machinery and Furniture Auctions.
Annabel initially joined the firm in 1992, having graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a BSc (Hons) degree in Urban Estate Surveying. She then completed her RICS qualification in September 1993. After raising her family and working in industry for some years, she re-joined Longstaffs in 2012. Working within the Commercial/Professional Team, Annabel carries out Agency, Planning, Valuation and other Professional work as well as selling at our regular Auctions. She lives locally and her hobbies include tennis, badminton, skiing and gardening.
John has been involved in the property business since 1970 and has always worked in South Lincolnshire. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1978 and is a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers and a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents. He joined Longstaffs in 1986 and became a Partner in 1989 until 2017 and continues as a Practicing Consultant. He is principally involved in commercial and residential professional work, valuations, commercial agency and property management. John is an experienced Auctioneer retaining a particular interest in antiques and collectables. Away from the office, with the exception of his family, his main passion is music.
Richard specialises in Land Agency/Surveying. He gained a BSc (Hons) Agric and MSc and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Central Association of Agricultural Valuers. From a local farming family, prior to joining the profession in 2008, he had a career in Farm Management so has a good knowledge of practical farming and the issues it can create. Richard is married with two young sons and enjoys rugby and motorbikes.
Lorna joined Longstaffs in 1987 and plays a vital role in the Administrative Support team. Over the years she has been and continues to be involved in Commercial, Agricultural and Professional Services.
Rebecca assists in the Commercial and Professional Services departments of the firm. She joined Longstaffs in 2011.
Trisha joined the team as a Commercial Surveyor in 2017. Working toward her formal RICS qualification, Trisha is enjoying the challenge of working in a Commercial environment in Lincolnshire.
Auctions / Accounts Manager
Chris has been at Longstaffs for over 25 years and has a vital role looking after accounts, auctions and IT. Away from the office his hobbies include squash, running and music.
Mandy joined us in late 2017 and is relishing the challenge of being involved in many aspects of the Residential Lettings department.
Peter has been involved in the property sector for over 30 years and joined Longstaffs as Lettings Manager in 1999. Based at our Spalding offices, he covers the Spalding, Holbeach and Deepings areas, overseeing a large portfolio of residential properties for landlords based all over the world. Peter has two grown up children and his hobbies include walking/hiking in various parts of the world but he has a particular affection for the Lake District.
Robert joined Longstaffs in 2013 and has been involved in Estate Agency sales and lettings for over 15 years. He is a Guild Associate and in his spare time Robert enjoys socialising and walking Alfie, his cocker spaniel.
Diane has worked at Longstaffs since 2009 having previously worked in the New Homes sector. A Guild Associate, she has been involved in sales/marketing for over 25 years and has attained a Chartered Institute of Marketing qualification.
Caitlin Joined us in 2018 and is relishing her new role in our busy Spalding office
Lisa joined Longstaffs in 2013 following a career in the Retail sector. She is based at Spalding and is responsible for a wide range of day to day functions in the Residential Lettings and Property Management department.
Sam joined the firm in 2006 and has been involved in both sales and lettings. She now specialises in Residential Lettings and carries out a wide variety of duties within the Lettings and Property Management department at Spalding Office.
Kat joined us in 2015. Her father is a local conveyancing solicitor and she fondly remembers attending a Longstaff Property Auction with him at the tender age of 10! Away from the office, she enjoys writing, baking, films and rock concerts. Kat loves to spend time with her family and friends.
Dawn has worked for us for over 15 years and has terrific flair in producing stunning looking property particulars for our clients and has a great working knowledge of the local property scene.
Carl has many years experience in the local Residential lettings industry and joined us in December 2018. He is relishing the opportunity of working in our busy and vibrant lettings department.
Sharon joins our Spalding team from January 2019 and brings enthusiam and a good working knowledge of local residential lettings
Based at Holbeach, Kathy joined Longstaffs in 2003 initially as a secretary, progressing to her current role as Branch Manager and Valuer/Lister. She is married and likes to spend time with her family, grandchildren and two dogs. Kathy is a Holbeach Parish Councillor and enjoys caravanning, writing poetry, reading, history and charity fund raising.

Emma joined Longstaffs in 2010 having had an initial taste of the firm and the profession during a school work experience placement. She has three cats and a dog and enjoys long country walks, horse riding and holidays in the sun.

Faye joined Longstaffs in 2016.
She has some previous Estate Agency experience and has spent the last 12 years in the retail sector. Born locally, her knowledge of Holbeach and the surrounding areas is a great help to sellers and buyers alike.
Angela joined Longstaffs in the latter part of 2015 having previously gained considerable experience in the lettings industry whilst working in Peterborough. She has eagerly taken on the role as Lettings Manager at our Bourne Office and has already become a valuable asset to the team. Prior to her involvement in Residential Lettings, Angela worked abroad for 20 years and enjoys travelling, reading, swimming and keeping fit.

Dawn joined the team at Bourne Office in 2010 and brought with her a wealth of experience in administration. Her attention to detail is key to the smooth running of the Bourne Office. A busy Mother of twin daughters, the majority of her free time is devoted to her family.
