Longstaff Agricultural Department offers a comprehensive rural related service to clients through out South Lincolnshire and adjoining areas. This is based on longstanding local and regional knowledge and our service is supported with an experienced and professional team of three partners who specialise in property and agricultural related matters.
Our service in the sector includes advice on sale, purchase, lettings and management of a range of rural properties from farms and small holdings to larger estates but with the flexibility to deal with other properties including single fields and blocks of accommodation land with or without residential amenity. Property services in the rural sector include Holistic Estate Management Plans and a range of other services as listed.
