The residential sales department is managed by partner,Graham Johnson FNAEA who has over 20 years experience in residential agency in Lincolnshire. Our residential sales offices at Spalding, Holbeach and Bourne handle a varied selection of residential property with prices currently ranging from under £100,000 to over £1,000,000. Our extensive South Lincolnshire portfolio includes building plots/renovation projects, flats, terraced, semi and detached houses and bungalows together with a number of prestige/country homes.
